Livorno
Livorno, the capital of Tuscany, is located along the coast of the Ligurian Sea. In Livorno there is another important Italian port both Tourist and commercial. Between the nineteenth century and the beginning of the twentieth century, Livorno was a tourist destination with important spas, the name of Montecatini al Mare was given to the city. Livorno is also home to the Naval Academy and the Navy. The city of Livorno has always been a step ahead of other Italian cities, testimony is, one of the first railway stations that connected Livorno to Pisa and Florence, was inaugurated in 1844.
