Ladispoli
On one of the old Etruscan ports of the city of CERVETERI, the current city of LADISPOLI is born, a small town in the city of Rome.
Ladispoli in the 70s and 80s was one of the transit points for the Russian immigration, the Soviet immigrants waiting for the visas to move towards the CANADA and AUSTRALIA lived in the city of Ladispoli. In the current city, archaeological sites have recently been discovered, such as many Roman villas used since the second half of the third century A.C. up to the fifth century D.C., as: the Villa di Pompeo located in the hamlet of Marina di San Nicola, and the Villa Della Posta Vecchia an ancient villa overlooking the sea and a few kilometers from Rome. Currently a villa belonging to the Pellicano Hotels group. Ladispoli is also well connected to Fiumicino and Civitavecchia, the two neighboring municipalities and known as: Fiumicino International Airport of Rome, and Civitavecchia the main port for cruise ship berths.
