Sicily
Sicily is the largest island of the Mediterranean Sea and is divided from Italy by the Strait of Messina.
With the increase of cruise ships, the port of Palermo is one of the most important passenger ports in the Mediterranean, historically the oldest in Sicily. This island is known for its fertile land, in fact some legends tell that: the term Sicily derives from the union of two terms (SIK and ELIA) that indicate the FICO and L ULIVO symbols that represent the fertility of the Sicilian land.
